COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gec Alsthom LFAA102S50005B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Skinner-Valve parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the 9050FT4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M2343D manufactured by Skinner-Valve and we are pleased to be able to service most Skinner-Valve systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6ES71532AR040XA0 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Teledyne Brand CCR38S160 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Unitek such as RASpn176538 equipment made by Unitek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Unitek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Unitek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6DD16880AE0 made by Siemens as well as the popular 16DMC1M0 original spares produced by Warrick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SLC5504HRVF20 by Clipsal and RASpn176538 spares by Unitek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9065SS420 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D. |
